Powerful Tern also available as a Shearwater dive computer with Transmitter
For friends of air-integrated dive computers, Shearwater also offers the innovative Tern as a Tern TX variant as a dive computer with optional air integration as Tern TX without transmitter or Tern TX with transmitter included. You can also find the Shearwater Swift transmitter separately in our dive shop, as the Tern TX can work with up to 4 transmitters simultaneously and is therefore also suitable for technical dives with several tanks.
Versatile Shearwater dive computer suitable for every diver
The Tern redefines the convenience and versatility of diving for recreational divers. With its user-friendly interface and compatibility with multiple dive modes, including air, Nitrox, 3-gas `Nitrox, gauge and freediving, the Tern adapts to your individual needs. You can set up to 3 customisable gases up to 100% oxygen and use two simplified modes for recreational diving.
Dive computer with advanced decompression models
The dive computer uses the Bühlmann ZHL-16C algorithm with gradient factors to ensure precise decompression support. Even if the no-decompression limit is exceeded or the decompression stops are violated, no lockout is caused. CNS tracking also ensures your safety.

With the high-resolution 1.3-inch AMOLED display, the Shearwater Tern offers improved visibility in a variety of lighting conditions. The full-colour display with deep blacks and vivid colours allows you to read all important dive data clearly. The menu is easy to use and gives you quick access to all relevant information. You even have the option of configuring different dials and colours to suit your personal preferences.
Robust dive computer from Canada for deep and demanding dives
The Shearwater Tern was developed and built in Canada and fulfils all EN standards for divers. Its compact design with a modern, slim profile and robust construction with hardened glass make it suitable for diving to a depth of 120 metres. The DLC-coated stainless steel bezel gives it a modern aesthetic.
Customisable dive computer in watch format with quickly interchangeable straps
Shearwater's Remora quick-release system allows you to easily and quickly adapt the dive computer to different straps and colours. The Remora™ quick release straps and textile straps offer different lengths and colour options to match your personal style. They are specially designed for compatibility with Teric and Tern dive computers.
Dive computer with rechargeable battery with wireless charger
The Shearwater Tern is powered by a rechargeable Li-ion battery and has a wireless charging function. The matching USB-C charging station is included in the scope of delivery.

The Tern dive computer is equipped with modern Bluetooth® technology to offer you maximum convenience when transferring data. Synchronise your dive data wirelessly with the Shearwater Cloud, which is available in 13 languages. There you can quickly download your dive logs, create statistics and graphs of your dives, share your data with the community and receive free firmware updates to stay up to date.
