The Mares 2S 1st stage

The 2S 1st stage is the simplest Mares 1st stage for diving nexcomers, for spare regulators or dive centre regulators, a lightweight, durable and compact 1st stage that is very easy to maintain.

Reliable and compact 1st stage, piston-controlled

The 2S is a piston-controlled 1st stage, equipped with 4 medium pressure ports and 1 high pressure port to ensure a complete Mares regulator configuration also as a training regulator.

Manufactured from solid brass with a sandblasted finish, the Mares 2S 1st stage is lightweight, robust and scratch resistant. As with older Mares 1st stages, the Mares 2S also features the patented dynamic flow control, the Mares DFC technology, which minimises the drop in mean pressure during inhalation and thus stabilises the air delivery rate. The positive influence of the DFC is particularly noticeable with this 1st stage in stressful situations, which is especially useful during diving courses.

The compact dimensions and low weight make the Mares 2S a very popular first stage for travelling regulators, as well as for regulators for young people or spare regulators.

The Mares Rover 2nd stage

The new Rover 2nd stage is a modernised and improved version of the now legendary Mares Rover, which is very popular as a lightweight regulator for children, students or beginners.

Robust and very light 2nd stage

The new Rover is a compact, medium-sized 2nd stage made of very light technopolymer that is extremely abrasion and salt water resistant.

Good air delivery performance thanks to modern technology

The breathing resistance of this Mares 2nd stage is also impressive beyond a depth of 18 metres, thanks to the patented VAD system vortex support that ensures a constant air supply at any depth. The built-in Fluid Dynamic Reflector inside the 2nd stage ensures that the diver has a consistently easy breathing in every diving situation.

Innovative and practical features

The purge button of the Rover 2nd stage is soft and easy to operate, the front cover with built-in Mesh Grid reduces the risk of free flow by reducing the water pressure on the membrane even in strong currents.

Mares Rover Octopus

As an alternative air supply, the Rover has the same features and the same reliable operation as the primary 2nd stage.

The new Rover Octopus is a compact, medium-sized 2nd stage made of very lightweight technopolymer that is extremely abrasion-resistant and saltwater-resistant.

The breathing resistance of this Mares alternative air supply is impressive in emergency situations and also at depths beyond 18 metres, thanks to the patented VAD system vortex support that ensures a constant air supply at any depth. Practical and easy to use

The Rover's purge button on the alternative air supply is a highly visible, bright yellow colour and is well suited to student divers, children and novice divers as it is soft and easy to operate. In addition, the front cover has a built-in mesh grid that reduces the risk of free-flow by reducing the water pressure on the membrane even in strong currents.

The Slim Line 400 Bar pressure gauge is a lightweight and compact finimeter with a display up to 400 bar.

Easy to read even in ppor visibility

The Slim Line Pressure Gauge has a white fluorescent display with easy-to-read black markings that are easy to read even in poor visibility or at night.

Made of very robust materials

The plastic housing is light and shock resistant, and securely encases the brass capsule of the pressure gauge. The fluorescent display is protected by shatter-proof Lexan glass.

Including HD hose, the Slim Line pressure gauge is 88 cm long.

Regulator bag
