Regulator Scubapro MK25 EVO Black Tech DIN G260 Carbon Black Tech
This high-tech carbon regulator from Scubapro is an upgrade of the well-known Scubapro regulator MK25 EVO DIN G260. In this new Black Tech Carbon version, this powerful regulator has been made even more robust through the use of extremely resistant and durable materials, as already known from pieces of jewelry such as the high-quality Scubapro Carbon regulator MK19 EVO BT G260 Carbon or the Scubapro regulator MK25 EVO BT G260 BT.
Significantly improved durability through more robust materials
The black color of the Scubapro Black Tech MK25EVO / G260 carbon regulator is not only a matter of design, but all metal components of this regulator have been covered with a special Black Tech coating that is scratch-resistant, corrosion-resistant and saltwater-resistant. This coating consists of an inner coating of nickel, and a top layer of shiny, diamond-like carbon coating, which makes the Scubapro regulator MK25EVO Black Tech G260 Carbon Black Tech practically indestructible, making it perfect for demanding dives, as a regulator for technical diving or regulator for ice diving. The extremely robust carbon cover of the 2nd stage G260 also ensures increased resistance even under heavy duty circumstances.
The Scubapro 1st Stage MK25 EVO Black Tech
Excellent freezing protection
The new Scubapro 1st stage MK25 EVO is equipped with the revolutionary XTIS technology, the Extended Thermal Insulating System technology, which opens a new era of cold water protection technology. The XTIS technology answers the new EN250-2014 standard and has up to 30% better cold water resistance than previous models. Ice diving, deep diving, technical diving - this is no longer a problem with the new Scubapro EVO 1st stages. The mechanical components of the Scubapro MK25 EVO 1st stage are completely insulated thanks to the new XTIS technology, and the additional rills increase the heat exchange in cold water. In addition, an antifreeze cap provides even more thermal insulation.
Modern design with some clever improvements
But the piston-controlled Scubapro MK25 EVO 1st stage has much more to offer, such as a significantly improved inhalation sensitivity and instant delivery of air on demand, replaceable valve seat, externally adjustable medium pressure and a modernized design.
Piston-controlled 1st stage with high breathing performance
The Scubapro MK25 EVO 1st stage features a chrome-plated brass body with a durable Black Tech coating and is equipped with an air-balanced flow-through piston that ensures constantly good airflow, regardless of depth, tank pressure and breathing rate.
Flexible hose routing for every imaginable regulator configuration
You will find 5 medium-pressure ports, one of which is a powerful, axial LP port, all placed on a 360° swivel turret and 2 high-pressure ports placed on both sides of the Scubapro 1st stage MK25 EVO, a very well thought-out arrangement that ensures flexible hose routing.
The Scubapro 2nd stage G260 Carbon Black Tech
The Scubapro G260 Carbon 2nd stage is a balanced, diaphragm-controleld 2nd stage, a revival of the legendary G250 2nd stage which is one of the most robust and most copied 2nd stages in diving history. As a G260, this Scubapro 2nd stage has advanced to become the most popular Scubapro 2nd stage in tech diving and is practically indestructible thanks to the carbon construction and the Black Tech coating.
Does not freeze, even in icy water
The G260 Carbon Black Tech 2nd stage has excellent freezing protection, because in this version, as Scubapro G260 Carbon Black Tech, all components of the Scubapro 2nd stage are exclusively made of frost-resistant materials and the case of the Scubapro 2nd stage G260 BT consists of indestructible nylon fibreglass which causes a weight reduction of 24gr compared to the classical G260.
Modern design and practical features for comfortable dives
Although the membrane and purge button have remained pretty large, the case of the Scubapro Carbon 2nd stage G260 is smaller than that of the G250.
The new flow-optimized demand lever also improves the breathing performance of the Scubapro G260 Carbon Black Tech compared to the G250, as well as the air-balanced valve technology that significantly reduces the breathing resistance. If required, the diver can also adjust the breathing resistance steplessly. The Superflow hose of the Scubapro regulator MK19EVO BT / G260 Carbon Black Tech also contributes significantly to an increased breathing comfort.
The exhaust tee of the Scubapro G260 Black Tech 2nd stage is exactly like the Scubapro A700 2nd stage - it ensures a pleasant breathing resistance and keeps the air bubbles out of the diver's face.
The new Scubapro G260 Carbon BT 2nd stage is equipped with a practical VIVA switch to avoid freeflow.
With little effort, the G260 Scubapro 2nd stage can be attached to both the right and left of the hose, which allows flexible and easy changeover of the hose routing for individual technical diving regulator configurations.
One of the most robust and best performing regulators on the market
With this high-end regulator system, Scubapro has succeeded in creating a regulator that hardly knows any limits, it always delivers air at the highest level, even when it gets really cold and really deep while diving. Equipped with the right octopus, you can also find this regulator in our online dive store, as a regulator system MK25 EVO Black Tech G260 Carbon Black Tech R195 and also as a complete set MK25 EVO Black Tech G260 Carbon BT R195 including Mares regulator bag, Miflex inflator hose and 400 bar pressure gauge.
