The Mares Flexa 3.2.2 Man Wetsuit for Men
The Flexa 3.2.2 Man, is one of the most comfortable and best-selling wetsuits for men, a Mares wetsuit for warm water, the thinner version of the popular Flexa 5.4.3. 5mm wetsuit, manufactured according to the ingenious and proven concept of the Mares Flexa wetsuits, which use a mix of different neoprene thicknesses to offer the diver maximum freedom of movement and optimal protection against the cold at the same time, like the warm and high-quality Mares Flexa 8.6.5. Like the rest of the Flexa range, this men's 3mm wetsuit is made of thicker neoprene in sensitive areas where high cold protection is needed, and thinner, flexible neoprene at the joints for maximum freedom of movement.
Flexible and comfortable fit thanks to elastic material and elaborate cut
The Flexa 3.2.2 for men is the more comfortable alternative to the classic 3mm wetsuit, because it convinces with a refreshed, more modern design, with a well thought-out cut for a better fit and of course with very high material quality. Thanks to the high elasticity of the Trilastic neoprene material and the optimised cut, the Flexa is very adaptable and fits your body shape better than many other wetsuits. You can have wider shoulders, a narrower waist or wider hips with the same dress size - the suit adapts to you and ensures a very comfortable fit, pleasant thermal protection and high freedom of movement. This neoprene overall is therefore not only suitable as a diving suit, but also as a snorkelling suit, surfing suit or generally as a neoprene suit for water sports where a lot of freedom of movement is required.

Decent thermal insulation for a 3mm suit
As with all Mares Flexa wetsuits, the cuffs of the 3mm Flexa are tapered at the arms and legs, and fit snugly for perfect insulation. In addition, the cuffs are attached to the suit with elliptical seams to counteract the pulling force when donning and doffing. The neck cuff is also soft and comfortable and can be individually adjusted to allow as little water as possible inside the suit without constricting your neck. Thus, this 3.2.2 Mares diving suit protects you much better from the cold than a classic 3mm diving suit.
Easy to put on thanks to the front zip
The front zip of the Mares Flexa 3.2.2 Man is robust, easy to operate, and has an additional smooth neoprene layer underneath for maximum tightness. It is also easy to put on, of course, as the Ultrastretch material is very soft and flexible, and the front zip basically makes life easier when donning a wetsuit.
Good protection against injuries and pressure points
As with the whole Mares Flexa range, the Flexa 3.2.2 uses the BPS system, an additional neoprene padding around the spine to protect this sensitive area against pressure and injury. The knees are also protected with a durable Supratex layer.
Practical pocket fastening on the leg
This is no longer a novelty either, but it is one of the most popular features on Mares wetsuits - the practical thigh pocket. You don't have to have it, but you can, and that's what matters. You can easily attach the separately available Flexa Smart Pocket to your wetsuit at any time with the special buckle and Velcro fastenings, and remove it again in no time when you don't need it. The buckle for attaching the Flexa Pocket can also be very useful in other ways, for example by attaching your hood or neoprene gloves to it. The Flexa neoprene pocket itself is made of abrasion-resistant and elastic Supratex, can be closed with a robust plastic zip and offers a practical bungee attachment for accessories on the inside and a D-ring on the outside to which you can also attach your hood or other dive gear.
