TUSA 3mm Dive Boot Low
These TUSA dive boots DB0204 are light and comfortable 3mm neoprene booties for open heel fins, the successor of the popular short neoprene shoes Imprex 3mm, practical neoprene slippers for divers, for use in warmer waters, neoprene shoes that can also be used for other water sports like SUP, rowing or swimming. For more demanding use in cold water, we recommend thicker 5mm neoprene boots with a high shaft, like the TUSA Dive Boot High 5mm.
Perfect for use in warm diving environments
High neoprene boots are often too warm and cumbersome in tropical diving and snorkelling environments and these short 3mm booties are absolutely perfect for just such applications. These neoprene shoes reach just above the ankles and are much more comfortable to wear and to put on and take off. This means they can also be worn as neoprene beach shoes, i.e. beachwalkers, and are also used in many other water sports.
Good fit and high wearing comfort
These TUSA neoprene boots are made of elastic and durable 3mm neoprene, and are lined on the inside with a nylon/jersey lining to ensure a high wearing comfort while diving. They really feel like a solid neoprene sock with a sole. But even though they are quite short and only reach the diver's ankle, they are still suitable as dive boots for open heel fins, as they offer a very good fit and thus a proper hold of the fin on the foot. They are definitely a good alternative for divers who want to do without zips and Velcro fasteners, or for divers who have somewhat firmer calves and have difficulty with the high shaft of higher neoprene boots.
However, for long and demanding dives with extensive equipment or strong currents, we recommend neoprene boots with high shafts that provide even better hold for the fins.
Robust non-slip soles
Even on slippery terrain, such as wet boat planks, the thick and robust rubber soles of these TUSA low neoprene boots provide you with a secure grip and good traction. The soles are elastic and have been injection moulded for maximum durability.
