This Scubapro snorkel with purge valve is from the Spectra snorkel line, which also includes the popular Spectra Dry snorkel with dry valve, a series with which Scubapro has managed an great combination of excellent quality and very attractive design, also found in the matching Spectra masks.

The plastic these snorkels are made of is also very robust and yet very light so that it does not get in the way during longer snorkelling sessions.

This Scubapro snorkel offers you a very pleasant breathing comfort, thanks to the generous tube diameter. It also prevents tension in the jaw and neck muscles during longer snorkelling sessions, as part of the snorkel tube is flexible and follows every head movement.
Divers also appreciate this built-in corrugated tube insert in the snorkel tube, as this part ensures that the mouthpiece does not stay in front of their face as soon as the mouthpiece is removed from the mouth, but hangs loosely down so that divers can easily change to the regulator.
The snorkel's mouthpiece is made of a bite-resistant and very soft silicone, and can be easily removed and replaced, without the need for further fastening. At the bottom end, the Spectra is equipped with a one-way purge valve, which helps you to blow out the snorkel effortlessly. The water residues that you still didn't get out of the snorkel tube the first time, collect in the small container at the lower end of the snorkel tube, so that you can always breathe freely.
At the top end, the Scubapro snorkel is equipped with a very effective splash guard so that the snorkel tube does not constantly fill up with wave water or spray.
