The Mares 62X 1st stage is a balanced, membrane-controlled breathing stage characterised by its lightness and compact design. Its modern pearl chrome finish not only gives it an appealing look but also contributes to its durability.

Mares 1st Stage with Outstanding Air Delivery Capability Thanks to DFC Technology

With the Mares 62X, you experience breathability that is exceptional not only for the primary 2nd stage but also for the octopus. This is due to the DFC ports present on all intermediate pressure connections. The DFC system (Dynamic Flow Control) ensures that the drop in intermediate pressure caused by inhalation is minimised. This way, you can experience a constant and natural inhalation resistance at any depth, even during alternate air supplies.

Mares Regulator with Optimised Hose Routing

The four intermediate pressure connections and the two slightly angled high-pressure connections of the Mares 62X 1st stage are ideally positioned, allowing you a flexible and uncomplicated attachment of hoses and transmitters. This enables you to customise your Mares regulator and adapt it to your needs.

Robust and Self-Sealing 1st Stage Made from Highly Durable Materials

Unlike older models in the Mares series, the 62X is equipped with an integrated ACT valve. This valve, featuring Advanced Coating Technology, offers a remarkable durability of up to 600% longer than standard valves, further enhancing the robustness of the stage.

Additionally, the new Mares 1st Stage 62X is equipped with the popular AST (Auto Sealing Technology). This technology ensures that the stage automatically seals shut when removed from the diving cylinder, preventing water ingress.

The Mares Dual ADJ 2nd stage is a lightweight, compact, and modern second stage from Mares, standing out due to its good air delivery capability and robust construction. It features Mares PAD technology (Pneumatically Assisted Design), which ensures optimal air supply in all diving situations.

Thanks to the use of Ultralight Technopolymer, the new Mares Dual ADJ 2nd stage is extremely lightweight and compact while also being abrasion-resistant and saltwater-proof.

Second Stage with Adjustable Breathing Resistance

The breathing resistance system of the Mares Dual ADJ 2nd stage provides an experience that closely mimics natural breathing. This is thanks to the patented VAD system (Vortex Assisted Design), which guarantees you a constant airflow at any depth. A hydrodynamic reflector within the stage directs the air from the VAD bypass pipe directly into the mouthpiece, ensuring effortless inhalation. Moreover, you can continuously adjust the breathing resistance to your individual needs.

The Mares Dual ADJ 2nd stage comes with a lightweight and flexible 75 cm Superflex hose, offering you maximum freedom of movement and reducing tension in the neck and jaw muscles, whether in strong currents or during long dives.

The Mares Dual Octopus is a modified version of the Mares Dual 2nd stage and is distinguished as a lighter, more compact, and modern octopus that impresses with its good air delivery performance and resilient construction.

Made from high-quality, impact-resistant Ultralight Technopolymer, the Mares Dual Octopus is both abrasion-resistant and saltwater-proof.
