The Apeks XTX200 1st stage

The 1st stage XTX200 is an overbalanced diaphragm controlled 1st stage, which means that the breathing performance remains unchanged regardless of depth or tank pressure. For the diver, this means consistently pleasant breathing comfort, even at great depths or at very low tank pressure.

Dry Chamber protects against freezing and contamination

The 1st stage also cuts a fine figure in very cold water, because it is very freezing resistant thanks to the integrated cold kit, which also protects against dirt.

Flexible Regulator configuration

The XTX200 has an exchangeable valve seat and is equipped with 2 high-pressure ports and 4 low-pressure ports and it can be upgraded on demand to 5 LP-ports by the manufacturer. You can also have this first stage in the INT Version.

Very high breathing comfort

The 2nd stage of the  XTX200 reg will deffinitelly convince you with compact size, low weight and excellent breathing comfort. It is a pneumatically balanced 2nd stage which guarantees the least possible breathing effort. In order to meet the individual needs of every diver, the breathing resistance can be easily adjusted during the dive. You will also find a Venturi lever on the XTX200 2nd stage, which helps you avoid accidental free-flow.

Smart Design

In terms of exhalation resistance this 2nd stage also cuts a good figure due to the large silicone exhaust. The purge button is also large and easy to use even with thick neoprene gloves. The outflowing air can be easily dosed with this purge button by pressing it from the side and in the middle.

Hard wearing materials to withstand demanding diving environments

What we have here is a robust and hardwearing 2nd stage, made of a very long lasting polymer mixture, and the areas that come into contact with breathing gas are made of antibacterial material.

The very comfortable silicone mouthpiece relaxes the jaw muscles due to its anatomical shape even after long diving.

In order not to fail in cold water, Apeks equipped this second stage with a patented heat exchanger which directs the cold outside of the stage before the 2nd stage can freeze.

As a small gimmik, you'll get the  the XTX200 regulator with a spare, wider exhaust tee, which you can use to practically "enlarge" your 2nd stage with a larger exhaust tee, that directs the air bubbles out of your sight when diving.

The Apeks XTX40 is a high-quality octopus with very pleasant breathing comfort, a pneumatically balanced 2nd stage with consistently good breathing performance.

Reliable octopus with comfortable breathing

This Apeks Alternate air source is a reliable 2nd stage with good work of breathing. It also offers the same large exhauste tee which guarantees you a very easy exhaling resistantce, and a large purge button for easy water clearance.

Very sturdy second stage

The octopus is made of sturdy plastic and is equipped with a practical Venturi lever which helps you prevent accidental free-flow.

The XTX40 octopus also performs very well in cold water. The anatomically shaped, patented Comfo-Bite mouthpiece that relieves the jaw muscles ensures relaxed diving.

If necessary, the alternate air source can be easily converted from left to right.
