Scubapro 1st Stage MK17 EVO2
The improved, diaphragm-controlled MK17 EVO2 now presents itself with a facelift thanks to an entirely new construction full of innovations. The successor model to the well-established MK17 EVO has been thoroughly optimised to refine the freeze protection and, above all, to enhance performance even further. The result is a compact and lightweight design that is now equipped with a double spring to ensure extremely precise and reliable functionality.
Cold water first stage with excellent freeze protection
The heat exchange has also been improved, thanks to the new, more compact forged brass housing with enlarged ribs and the advanced, fully encapsulated dry chamber. This ensures that Scubapro allows you to dive safely and comfortably even under extremely cold conditions, as no ice crystals can form inside the stage. Moreover, this completely sealed stage guarantees excellent performance, even in contaminated water, as no particles can penetrate into the interior of the stage.
Diaphragm-controlled first stage with consistently good air supply even under challenging conditions
No matter how deep or challenging, the MK17 EVO2 always offers you a consistent and effortless airflow. The air-balanced, diaphragm-controlled operation ensures that the air supply is always consistent regardless of depth, tank pressure, or your breathing rhythm.
Variable configuration with flexible hose and transmitter positioning
With two HD connections positioned at a 15° angle, you can configure the MK17 EVO2 according to your needs, whether facing upwards or downwards. This clever arrangement of ports allows for an optimal hose and transmitter configuration, providing you with additional flexibility and comfort while diving. Furthermore, you no longer need an adapter for the transmitter, as it fits perfectly in the new design.
Durable and reliable 1st stage made from resilient materials
The MK17 EVO2 has become slightly more compact and lighter, and the forged brass housing is extremely robustly constructed. The stage consists exclusively of saltwater-resistant materials. In addition, the complete insulation ensures a prolonged lifespan, as the internal components of the stage are not affected by external factors.
