SCUBAPRO Galileo G3 Dive Computer
The SCUBAPRO Galileo G3 is a premium dive computer in a compact watch-style format, combining the functionality of a dive computer, sport watch, and smartwatch. Designed for advanced divers, the G3 offers a robust construction and comprehensive features for a wide range of diving environments.
Dive Modes for Various Scenarios
The Galileo G3 includes a dedicated apnea mode for freediving and a scuba mode that supports calculations for Nitrox, Trimix, CCR, Sidemount, and PMG. Up to eight gas mixes can be paired and calculated using the Predictive Multigas Algorithm (PMG), which provides decompression calculations even during gas switches.
For closed-circuit rebreather diving (CCR), a specific mode is available including options for diluent and pony tanks. A gauge mode is also included for those who prefer to use the device as a digital depth gauge without decompression calculations.
Wireless Air Integration
The Galileo G3 supports wireless air integration via pairing with up to eight transmitters. The device is available as a complete set with Smart+ Pro transmitter. Additional Smart+ Pro transmitters can be ordered separately if required.
Customizable Dive Settings
Microbubble levels can be adjusted to define how conservatively the dive profile should be calculated. The PDIS (Profile Dependent Intermediate Stops) feature determines intermediate stops based on current and previous dives as well as nitrogen loading.
Integrated Digital 3D Compass
The fully tilt-compensated 3D digital compass with complete compass rose offers accurate underwater orientation across all positions.
Clear Display and Easy Navigation
The intuitive four-button interface enables simple operation. Information is presented on a high-contrast full-color display, with two screen layouts available. A built-in backlight enhances visibility even in low-light environments.
Additional Features for Surface Use
Above water, the G3 includes features such as a swim stroke counter, pedometer, and stopwatch. It can also be paired with a compatible heart rate chest strap (optional accessory) for additional monitoring capabilities during sport activities.
Smartwatch Integration
When connected to a compatible iPhone, the G3 displays email notifications, messages, and alerts. Media controls can also be accessed directly from the watch interface.
Data Transfer and Firmware Updates
Dive logs can be transferred via USB or Bluetooth Low Energy to iOS or Android devices, as well as to PCs or Macs. Firmware updates are supported through the LogTrak 2.0 app.
Rechargeable Battery
The lithium battery provides up to 30 hours of runtime on a full charge, depending on settings and dive profile. A charging cable is included in the scope of delivery.
Durable Design and Comfortable Fit
The compact case is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, allowing operation at depths up to 300 m. The included wrist strap is made from a tear-resistant material and can be easily exchanged for alternative versions. A strap extension is also included for use over drysuits.
