The Apeks XTX50 DST 1st stage

High breathing comfort even at great depths

The Apeks XTX50 1st stage is an overbalanced diaphragm 1st stage, which means that the medium pressure rises faster than the ambient pressure during descent, giving the diver consistently high air delivery regardless of depth or tank pressure.

Externally insulated 1st stage

The 1st stage, made of solid brass with a chrome coating, is completely closed and therefore does not allow water or dirt to penetrate the interior of the 1st stage. This means that no icing can form inside the 1st stage, which leads to increased safety when diving in cold water.

Kink-free hose routing thanks to rotating head

The Apeks XTX50 1st stage is equipped with 2 high-pressure ports and 4 medium-pressure ports that are placed on an innovative turret, resulting in a comfortable and bend-free hose routing with any desired configuration.

The Apeks XTX50 2nd stage

Adjustable breathing comfort and Venturi switch

The Apeks XTX50 2nd stage is a pneumatically balanced 2nd stage with good breathing comfort and modern design. In order to meet the individual needs of every diver, the breathing resistance of the Apeks XTX50 2nd stage can be easily adjusted during the dive. Also the Venturi switch is not missing on the Apeks XTX50 2nd stage – by using the large rubber lever it is very easy to avoid free-flow.

Easy breathe in – easy breathe out

The Apeks XTX50 2nd stage also cuts a good figure in terms of breathing comfort - the large silicone exhalation membrane allows excellent exhalation resistance. The purge button is also large and easy to use on the Apeks XTX50 2nd stage. The outflowing air can be easily dosed with this purge button by pressing it from the side and in the middle. The Apeks XTX50 2nd stage has interchangeable exhaust tee (included in the scope of delivery) so that the diver can quickly turn his Apeks XTX50 2nd stage from a small, compact 2nd stage into a larger 2nd stage with large exhaust tee that directs the air bubbles away of the divers face.

Robust material with antibacterial action

The Apeks XTX50 2nd stage is a robust and unbreakable 2nd stage, made of a hard-wearing polymer mixture, and the areas that come into contact with breathing gas are made of antibacterial material, which actively protects you against viruses, bacteria or fungus.

The mouthpiece of the Apeks 2nd stage XTX50 relaxes the jaw muscles due to the anatomical shape even after long diving.

Patented heat exchanger protects against icing

In order not to fail in cold water, the Apeks XTX50 2nd stage was equipped with a patented heat exchanger which directs the cold from the 2nd stage to the outside before the 2nd stage can freeze.

The Apeks XTX40 Octopus

The Apeks XTX40 is a high-quality octopus with very pleasant breathing comfort. The XTX40 octopus from Apeks is a pneumatically balanced 2nd stage with consistently good breathing performance.

The breathing resistance of the Apeks Octopus XTX40 is very good thanks to the large silicone exhaling membrane.

The Apeks XTX40 octopus is made of sturdy plastic and is equipped with a large purge button that is easy to use even with thick gloves. The attached Venturi lever of the Apeks XTX40 octopus is also easy to use even with gloved hands, and protects the Apeks Octopus XTX40 from accidental free-flow.

The Apeks Octopus XTX40 also performs very well in cold water. The anatomically shaped, patented Comfo-Bite mouthpiece that relieves the jaw muscles ensures relaxed diving.

If necessary, the Apeks XTX40 octopus can be easily converted from left to Right.

Apeks Pressure Gauge

The Apeks pressure gauge in this regulator systemis a lightweight and compact finimeter, accurate and easy to attach.

Easy to read even in poor visibility

This underwater manometer has a clear display with good contrast and coloured reserve area, still very easy to read even in poor visibility.

Robust diving instrument with pressure relief valve

The plastic housing is light and shock-resistant, and protects the sensitive instrument even under demanding conditions. The finimeter is protected against accidental bursting by a pressure relief valve.

The finimeter is equipped with a robust high-pressure hose and a practical attachment eyelet, so you can easily attach the instrument to your buoyancy compensator with a suitable carabiner or console holder.

Inflator hose

The regulator complete set is rounded off with a black, robust and flexible inflator hose with a length of 65cm and a classic connection according to DIN standard EN 250.
