The regulator Mares Ultra ADJ 82X with Octopus Dual is a brand-new Mares regulator of the latest Mares generation like the Mares Epic ADJ 82X PVD , a powerful regulator combined with the light and robust Mares Dual Octopus.

Mares 82X 1st stage
The Mares 82X first stage is a full metal Mares 1st stage made of solid brass, chrome-plated and nickel-plated. In addition, the Mares 82X 1st stage has an extremely robust, scratch-resistant PVD coating so that this Mares regulator can withstand even the most demanding dives without any problems. Even in the coldest water the Mares 82X 1st stage will not freeze because its outer surface has been enlarged with grooves to optimize heat exchange.
On the Mares 1st stage 82X you will find 5 (!)medium-pressure ports placed on a swivel turret, which allow you an absolutely flexible hose routing and regulator configuration. All 5 LP ports are equipped with natural DFC. This is the proven Mares Dynamic Flow Control technology, which minimizes low pressure decrease during inhalation thus providing excellent breathing performance, even under extreme conditions.
The positioning of the HP ports is also new, because they are slightly tilted on the 82X 1st stage to improve the hose routing even more.
Another innovation in the Mares 82X 1st stage, and in all Mares 1st stages with the designation "X", is the ACT valve, provided with Advanced Coating Technology, which leads to 600% more valve durability.
Of course, the new Mares 1st stage 82X also offers the meanwhile very popular AST - Auto Sealing Technology, which means that the new Mares 1st stages automatically seal themselves as soon as they are removed from the dive tank in order to avoid accidental water ingress.
Mares Ultra ADJ 2nd stage
The Mares Ultra ADJ 2nd stage is a compensated Mares 2nd stage with a pneumatically balanced downstream valve and, a very light 2nd stage made of robust techno polymer with pearl finishing, with a very large, swivelling purge button.
In the new series of Mares regulators, many regulators, such as the Mares Ultra ADJ 82X, are equipped with adjustable breathing resistance, sometimes even on the octopus, which explains the ADJ as "adjustable".
As we are used to from Mares, the Mares Ultra ADJ 2nd stage is also equipped with VAD - Vortex Assisted Design technology. Air flows through the bypass tube on the Mares Ultra ADJ 2nd stage, creating a vortex with underpressure in its centre, which sucks in the membrane and causes the regulator to react even more sensitive to your breathing, significantly improving breathing comfort at every depth. But that alone is not enough - the new Mares 2nd stage Ultra ADJ even offers you an improved VAD + option that gives you an extra breathing push in extreme diving situations. Thanks to the Twin Power switch on the Mares Ultra ADJ 2nd stage, you can choose between VAD and VAD + at any time.
The Mares Ultra 2nd stage is, like most new Mares 2nd stages, equipped with a 75cm Superflex hose, which is much more durable than normal LP hoses and, thanks to its flexibility, offers you maximum freedom of movement when diving.
The Mares Dual Octopus
The Mares Dual Octopus is a modified version of the Mares Dual 2nd stage, a light, compact and modern Mares Octopus, with good breathing performance and robust construction.
The new Mares Dual Octopus is made of very light and unbreakable Ultralight Technopolymer, which is extremely abrasion-resistant and resistant to salt water.
The breathing resistance of the Mares Dual Octopus scores with excellent values, because the Mares Dual Octopus is equipped with the same patented VAD technology as all Mares Dual 2nd stages. The VAD system - vortex supported design with built-in hydrodynamic reflector ensures constant air flow at any depth.
The Mares Dual Octopus is also equipped with the high-quality Superflex hose to guarantee maximum freedom of movement when diving.
The pressure gauge Slim Line 400 bar finimeter
The Slim Line 400 Bar pressure gauge is a lightweight and compact finimeter with a display up to 400 bar.
The Slim Line Pressure Gauge has a white fluorescent display with easy-to-read black markings that are easy to read even in poor visibility or at night.
The plastic housing of the Slimline pressure gauge is light and shock resistant, and securely encases the brass capsule of the Slim Line pressure gauge. The fluorescent display of the pressure gauge Slim Line is protected by shatter-proof Lexan glass.
Including HD hose, the Slim Line pressure gauge is 88 cm long.
