The Oceanic Pony Bottle pressure gauge
The dive tank manometer Oceanic Pony Bottle Manometer is a miniature pressure gauge from Oceanic, similar to the Pony bottle Finimeter from Hollis, a tank pressure manometer that was developed as a pressure gauge for decompression tanks, a small and handy tank pressure gauge for the small spare bottle, the so-called Pony Bottle.
In contrast to the surface tank pressure manometer such as the Polaris tank pressure gauge in our online dive shop, the Oceanic Pony Bottle manometer is suitable for use underwater, while diving, and is connected to the high-pressure port of the regulator and not directly to the compressed air tank valve.
The Oceanic Pony Bottle Pressure Gauge is a miniature tank pressure gauge which can easily show a tank pressure of up to 300 bar despite the small display. The display of the Oceanic Spare Tank Finimeter for Pony Bottles shows a scale with 100bar steps and is easy to read despite its small size.
The Oceanic Pony Bottle pressure gauge can be connected to any standard high-pressure port. The Oceanic Pony Bottle manometer does not need a high-pressure hose that would unnecessarily complicate the equipment, but is screwed directly into the high-pressure port of the 1st stage and therefore makes sense as a tank finimeter for sidemount and spare tanks which you do not carry on your back.
The Oceanic Mini pressure gauge for decompression tanks and spare tanks can alternatively also be used with Nitrox and even with 100% oxygen, which is very useful as it is used very often in technical diving.
