Cold water regulator with ice-proof first stage
This first stage is particularly suitable for use in cold water thanks to the patented XTIS technology (Extended Thermal Insulating System). This innovative technology insulates the internal mechanism from thermal influences and increases the regulator's resistance to cold water. This delays the formation of ice in extremely cold water without impairing breathing performance. This high level of protection against icing makes the MK25 EVO the ideal choice as a regulator for ice diving.

The new Scubapro G260 convinces with the same arguments as the Scubapro G250 - reliability, longevity, good airflow in every diving situation, enhanced with modern technology and improved materials. The G260 2nd stage has excellent cold water properties.
Although the membrane and the well-known purge button have remained large, the housing of the Scubapro 2nd stage G260 is smaller than that of the G250. The Scubapro 2nd stage G260 has also become lighter, thanks to more modern materials that are lighter yet shatterproof and saltwater resistant. The valve inlet tube of the Scubapro G260 2nd stage is made of metal, just like the front ring.
The Scubapro G260 2nd stage has an adjusting knob for inhalation effort, in order for the diver to fine-tune air delivery compatible to his need or to the changing depths or water conditions. The high-flow exhaust valve of the Scubapro 2nd stage G260 is just like the one of the Scubapro A700 2nd stage - it provides a great breathing comfort and keeps the air bubbles out of the diver's face.
The new Scubapro G260 2nd stage is equipped with a practical Dive / Predive switch to avoid free-flow in cold water or when jumping into the water.
