The Garmin Descent T1 transmitter for the Garmin Descent MK2i dive computer is the transmitter that turns the classic Garmin Descent MK2i dive computer without a transmitter into a high-tech Garmin MK2i dive computer with air integration.
Compared to classic dive computer transmitters, the Garmin Transmitter T1 uses the innovative SubWave Sonar technology, which means that the Garmin MK2i dive computer can be connected with up to 5 transmitters within a range of 10m at the same time.
You can simply attach the Garmin T1 transmitter into the high-pressure port of the 1st stage of your regulator instead of the pressure gauge, and can be easily and intuitively coupled with the Garmin Descent MK2i dive computer. Right away you can monitor all important dive parameters on the display of your Garmin Descent MK2i dive computer, including tank pressure, so you don’t have to use a separate pressure gauge. This way you not only know your actual tank pressure, but also your current air consumption, the remaining gas time and gas consumption rate and thus your exact, personalized saturation, information that will make your dive even safer.
The Garmin T1 transmitter for Garmin Descent MK2i dive computer is operated with a 3 V, CR123A lithium battery which guarantees up to 100 operating hours.
