With matching transmitter for wireless air integration
You get this D5 together with the high-quality Suunto Tank Pod, the Suunto Trasmitter, which simply gets attached to the high-pressure port of the 1st stage of your regulator instead of the pressure gauge and thus replaces your analogue pressure gauge. Then all you have to do is pair the transmitter with the dive computer - and you can see all the important dive parameters on your display, including tank pressure and current air consumption. So you not only know your actual tank pressure, but also your current air consumption and your personalized saturation, information that makes your dive even safer.
The Tank Pod transmitter consists of a pressure-tested and unbreakable case in which Suunto has packed a lot of cutting-edge communication technology to guarantee you stable and secure transmission of your important air data.
Dive Computer and smartwatch in one device
The D5 becomes even more your everyday companion with the new software! What was otherwise reserved for smartwatches and sports watches, is now available on the D5 - the smart notifications! No missed call when your smartphone is on vibration - simply display them on the D5, just like all other notifications such as SMS, WhatsApp or E-mails.

With a shatterproof case and a scratch-resistant mineral crystal protective glas, the D5 can easily handle every dive down to 100m depth and can survive quite some Impacts and collisions.

Of course, the D5 offers all the necessary diving features that you would expect from a high-end Suunto dive computer, such as optional air integration, nitrox up to 99%, 3 different gas mixtures, safety and deep stop and all the necessary visual and acoustic alarm signals.
And if you sometimes find yourself underwater with no air tank at all - no problem, your D5 can handle that, as it also is a perfect Suunto apnea dive computer, with all necessary freediving features.

For accurate planning and analysis of your diving activities, there are also some practical features available, from the no-stop planner to the generous logbook for up to 400 dives and the easy transfer of your data via Bluetooth or cable to your Smartphone or tablet in order to analyse the data and share it with your friends.
